The holiday home has 2 bedrooms, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, an equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a microwave, a washing machine, and 1 bathroom with a shower. Towels and bed linen are featured in the holiday home. The hosts were very welcoming, and even came back to provide us with some local cherries and strawberries after we asked for some advice on how to source fruit locally. The house had all amenities and facilities to use as a home away from home. It's in a good location, with the possibility to visit Maastricht, Liege, the Hoge Kempen and other sights and locations within a few minutes. It is very well laid out and the kitchen was fully stocked, with everything except food. There was a barbecue outside to use, along with an outdoor table, and a seating area with a huge umbrella which was great when the sun came. There is a large garden and it is fully fenced - we brought our two dogs and they were able to run around freely in the grass. The hosts were very welcoming when it came to bringing dogs, as they had water bowls, an extra bed for dogs, towels for dogs and anything that would have been needed.

For added convenience, the property can provide towels and bed linen for an extra charge. This house was amazing. So clean with everything we needed plus extras. The kids loved the hot tub and sauna. A real treat. Beds were so comfy. Kids also loved Netflix. A real treat to relax in the morning and watch some tv. The host David and his family are such lovely people. So kind and helpful. They looked after us so well. Anything extra we asked about they looked after it for us. This property is exceptional. I highly recommend it and very easy to get to. Lovely quiet area. We would loved to have stayed longer, but we hope to return in the future. Also close to the shopping village massmechlen and go karting.

Mario's house is an amazing place. Everything was very tidy and very clean. Also, the heating works perfectly, as well as the wifi (important if you want to work). Plus, netflix is included in the TV, which is also great (there is a TV in the bedroom so also a great thing). I defenitely recommend it and I will repeat if I come back to Bruges!

We will definitely go back when we can!

One of the most romantic places I went. Even if the room is already fantastic, the host is there to improve to perfection. I recommend the breakfast but watch out!!!You will not be hungry for the rest of the day. 😉 Mar Y Luz puts a sea of sunshine in your life!!!

Very very clean, well equiped room, great bathroom. Possibility to order drinks from the bar 24/7, which is nice as bars and restaurants were closed. We ordered food online. The hotel staff was helpful by offering plates etc. so we could eat in our room (which had a small table and chairs as well). Very friendly staff. The wellness facility was amazing!

Due to Coid-19 we had to eat in our room. We asked for a table and extra chair. This was no problem, so we enjoyed a relax breakfast and dinner in our room. Breakfast was very good considering the circumstances. Dinner was ok... Very clean room, good shower, good bed!
